Account Executives & Business Development

Help businesses in Egypt grow with Odoo. Digital Economics, an Odoo Gold Partner, is hiring Account Executives and Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities, win new clients and grow revenue. You will build and manage your own sales pipeline, present our Odoo solutions to decision makers, and close deals that meet your sales targets.
We offer an expected salary of up to EGP 50,000 per month plus commission starting from 5% on collected client payments.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to signed deal
- Present and demo our Odoo solutions and services to decision makers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals
- Manage client relationships and grow existing accounts
- Track market trends and competitors to find new opportunities
- Achieve your monthly and quarterly sales targets
Must Have
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Client relationship management skills
- Analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong Arabic and English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience selling ERP, Odoo or other software solutions
- Understanding of business processes such as sales, accounting, inventory and HR
- An existing network of business decision makers in Egypt
- Market analysis and competitor research experience
- Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM
