Sales Representative (Junior Software Sales)

☑Responsibilities:
-responsible for finding potential clients and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding customer base.
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
-responsible for all software features documentation.
-Meet with businesses and determine their needs for software, from office management and word processing software to complicated data storage and information security systems. 
-encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features.
-Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
-Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
-- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale also create a quotation to customers.
-Handle client objectives and close deals.
-- Reach potential customers through cold calling, face- to- face meetings.
-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on phase after-sales.
- communicate the technical details and capabilities of products to clients and demonstrate how they will meet the client’s needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering,computer science or Business administration .
  • Basic computer skills is a must.

  • Extensive software sales experience ERP,software solutions from (1-2) years is a plus .

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Representative at Digital Economics LLC in Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients. They will also collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
