Monitor buying, selling and spare-parts inventory, all connected and in sync.
A busy workshop depends on knowing which car is in which bay, which parts are in stock, and what the customer has already approved. Odoo links repair orders, spare parts, purchasing and invoicing, so your service advisors, storekeepers and accountants work from the same information.
The challenges service centers face
- Job cards and repair approvals tracked on paper
- Spare-parts stock and prices that are rarely accurate
- No complete service history per vehicle and customer
- Warranty and returns that are hard to follow up
How Odoo brings it together
We configure Odoo around your workshop:
- Repairs: repair orders with parts, labour and customer quotations
- Inventory and Barcode: spare parts with serial numbers, barcodes and reordering
- Sales and Point of Sale: a parts counter and quotations in the same system
- Purchase: supplier orders and price comparison
- Field Service: on-site and roadside service with mobile access
- CRM and SMS: service reminders and follow-ups to bring customers back
What you can expect
- Faster turnaround from check-in to delivery
- Accurate spare-parts stock and margins
- A full service history for every vehicle
- More repeat visits from timely reminders
